“Christmas is humbug!” – that’s at least what Ebeneezer Scrooge, a mean, cross, greedy man thinks. Apart from hating Christmas he treats his fellow human beings in a nasty way – well, until four spirits visit him to make him aware of the fate he would have to endure if he didn’t alter. After going through a fearful night, Ebeneezer is a changed man.

Classes 3bm, 3dl and 3el, together with their teachers Elisabeth Peier, Elke Wagner-Sinabell and Nina Freihammer, could witness Ebeneezer’s change when watching the play based on Charles Dickens’ novel “A Christmas Carol” at Studio Molière in Vienna. In the end we all agreed that this was the perfect way to tune into Christmas time.
